These initiatives are designed to make every visit enjoyable and rewarding.
Referrers (advocates) can get a free haircut or choose any minor services upon getting 10 referrals, regardless of the value of the referee's services with us. Or, upon reaching the first AU$500 value for minor services and AU$1000 value for major services paid for by the referee, regardless of the number of referrals the referrer has.
Referrers can choose not to redeem the rewards as they accumulate as follows:

Note: Even if the referred counts (#) do not reach the count threshold, if the value that the referred clients reached matches the amounts stated above, the rewards will be given. Make sure your referee knows your unique barcode or your complete name or your mobile number as reference.

Distribute Your Barcode: Share your barcode card with potential referees. They must present it during their first visit .
Manage Barcode Copies: You'll initially receive two or three barcode cards. Once they're used, you can request more during working hours. Share them with potential clients likely to use them, as copies are being monitored.
Digital Options: You can reprint the barcode or take a picture/scan it to share digitally with unlimited referees. Ensure the barcode number remains consistent.
Barcode Presentation: Referees should show their barcode (digital or printed) during their visit so it can be scanned. This ensures they get the discount and you earn points.
Details on the Card: Leave all other card details blank—staff will fill them in manually.
Referrer Reward: Earn milestone points for each successful referral.
Referee Benefit: Receives the highest applicable discount (10% or AU$5) on their first visit.

Here’s how it works:
For Men:
Enjoy a free service after 12 haircuts within a year. Alternatively, repeat the same minor service 12 times in a year, and the 13th is free.
For major services, receive a 10-30% discount upon reaching the annual spending threshold.
Receive the 13th blow-dry session free after completing 12 blow-dry sessions in one year.
For haircuts, women can qualify by completing 12 haircuts within a two-year period, earning the 13th haircut for free.
For the same minor service, 12 repetitions within a year earn the 13th service for free.
Eligibility for Discounts on Major Services:
Discounts (10-30%) are offered when you reach a specific spending threshold within one year for men or one to two years for women. The spending threshold must be met with regular-price services, as discounted services do not count towards point accrual.
Rewards can be redeemed on weekdays only (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and special holidays).
Discounted services are not eligible for earning points.
