Referrers (advocates) must have a unique barcode number from the physical store. To obtain a barcode, you must have enrolled in the system, as we do manual registration and rewards for participants. We do not accept online payments yet.
Participants who wish to enter the referral program can be customers. If you are not yet a customer, you can email us, visit our site and go to Contact Us and send message, follow and send a chat message on our Facebook page (Hair Crew Hive) or come personally to our physical store and ask how to get a unique barcode to become a referrer. We only accept local participants, as we do not give incentives through cash. Our incentives are provided through services.
Our program is a milestone program and a double-sided refer-a-friend program. It means we list based on how many points you get, then you can receive a reward or the value of the service of the customer you refer (referee) minus the value we have given the referee. As it is double-sided, this will be the basis for giving rewards.
Referrers (advocates) can get a free haircut or choose any minor services upon getting 10 referrals, regardless of the value of the referee's services with us. Or, upon reaching the first AU$500 value for minor services and AU$1000 value for major services paid for by the referee, regardless of the number of referrals the referrer has.
Referrers can choose not to redeem the rewards as they accumulate as follows:

That will be the maximum that a referrer (advocate) can accumulate. The span of the counts will only last for 24 months (about 2 years). The referrer (advocate) should claim their rewards, or they will be forfeited, and we will start a new count as our new inventory occurs. The accumulated rewards will be provided in the form of a prepaid service voucher, which is valid for three years. Please note that even if the program is restarted or modified, the validity of your prepaid service voucher will remain unaffected.

Note: Even if the referred counts (#) do not reach the count threshold, if the value that the referred clients reached matches the amounts stated above, the rewards will be given. Make sure your referee knows your unique barcode or your complete name or your mobile number as reference.
The referee can get a 10% discount on all major services or AU$5.00 off minor services if they show us the unique code number of the referrer, for our reference. They can also qualify as a customer-based referrer, as we give direct discounts and some freebies like our Loyalty Rewards Program, the "12 in 1." For example, 12 haircuts in 1 year, the 13th is free, or 12 repeats of the same minor service in a year, the next one is free. (terms & condition apply)
* Please note that referral rewards are applicable only for services. Purchases of products are excluded from this program. We are excited to share that new promotional programs will be launched soon. These programs will include product sales and associated rewards, offering even more ways to benefit from our offerings.
All rewards in all promotions can only be redeemed on weekdays. Saturdays, Sundays, and special holidays are exceptions.
Distribute Your Barcode: Share your barcode card with potential referees. They must present it during their first visit to get either a 10% discount or AU$5 off—whichever is higher.
Manage Barcode Copies: You'll initially receive three barcode cards. Once they're used, you can request more during working hours. Share them with potential clients likely to use them, as copies are being monitored.
Digital Options: You can reprint the barcode, or take a picture/scan it to share digitally with unlimited referees. Ensure the barcode number remains consistent.
Barcode Presentation: Referees should show their barcode (digital or printed) during their visit so it can be scanned. This ensures they get the discount and you earn points.
Details on the Card: Leave all other card details blank—staff will fill them in manually.

Referrer Reward: Earn milestone points for each successful referral.
Referee Benefit: Receives the highest applicable discount (10% or AU$5) on their first visit.

You start with 2 or 3 barcode cards. Once they’re used, you can get more or share your barcode digitally as much as you like. Just make sure the barcode number stays the same.
The person you refer needs to show the barcode (printed or a picture on their phone) when they visit so you earn points, and they get their discount.
